Dishwasher

Mold….

You may not be able to see much damage in the first picture, but it is there. This Fresno resident came home to water flooding out around her dishwasher, so she just dried it herself not knowing the extent of damage the water caused. What she didn’t know is that it had wicked up into the cabinet and sheet rock. Days later she noticed a strong odor and called us out. Upon inspection we determined that there was mold growth under the sink and would need to be removed. In the second picture you will notice we had to remove most of the center island.
