This customer thought they had a small water leak under their home. They knew a professional would need to be called as this was something they were not familiar with. They called in SERVPRO of Fresno Southeast. They were right; it turned out to be more.

As we started our inspection, we pulled back the carpet to check the floor below. The floor was saturated and mushy; we could easily wipe away the subfloor with a finger. The interior and exterior walls were rotten as well; the sheet rock was removed from the interior and the wood siding on the exterior. We were able to crawl under the house, removed insulation to see the structural foundation had rotted and was missing, making the foundation unstable. We replaced all the saturated materials on the interior and exterior to make it structurally sound.
